Where is the festival located?
Excellency Music Festival takes place at the Historic Masonic Temple in Bay City, Michigan. The address is 700 N Madison Ave Bay City MI 48708.
When does it start?
The festival doors open at 12:00 PM.
Is the festival all ages?
Yes. All ages are welcome.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are sold out. We will not be releasing any more. If you’re looking for one, keep an eye on our social pages for approved resales.
Where can I find the set times?
Set times will only be posted inside the venue. Arriving early ensures you won't miss any of the performances.
What is the parking situation?
Street parking and public lots are available near the venue. Parking is not allowed in the funeral home lot on the 6th St side or in the lot on the opposite side of the venue. Vehicles in those lots may be towed.
Is it hot inside?
The building does not have central air so it can get warm with a packed crowd. This year the festival takes place in early April instead of August to make it more comfortable. Bring an empty water bottle to fill inside and a handheld fan if you have one.
Is there a coat check?
No. We will not have a coat check available. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Due to stairs leading to the entrance as well as the restrooms our building is not yet accessible to all.
Are there multiple exits at the venue?
Yes. There is more than one exit at the Historic Masonic Temple.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes. You can leave and come back throughout the day. Please note that all bags are subject to search each time you re-enter.
What is your bag policy?
Clear bags are strongly encouraged. Backpacks and large bags are not permitted. Small bags may be allowed in special cases and are always subject to search. Pepper spray is not allowed.
What is your water bottle policy?
You are allowed to bring clear empty water bottles or factory sealed full plastic bottles into the festival.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. Food and drink vendors will be available throughout the day. Alcoholic beverages will also be available.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include outside food and drinks, weapons and illegal substances.
Am I allowed to bring my camera?
Yes. Feel free to take photos and tag @xlncpresents when you post them.
What should I do if I purchased tickets online but never received the email with the ticket confirmation?
All online tickets are will call. Simply bring your ID to the entrance and you will be all set.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Unfortunately we can't offer refunds. If you can't attend feel free to sell your ticket to someone else. We can help by sharing your ticket availability on our social media platforms. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Can I request a photo/media pass?
